How much does missed-call text-back cost?

How much does missed-call text-back cost with Lumatic?

Lumatic costs $49 per month for Lite, $69 per month for Starter, or $89 per month for Pro. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.

Every plan includes unlimited texts (fair use). Lite: missed-call text-back, after-hours replies, weekly "jobs saved" report, self-serve. Starter: adds Google review requests, the shared lead list and editing your texts anytime. Pro: everything in Starter, plus lead follow-up, appointment reminders and win-back texts.

When does billing start?

You pay when you sign up. Your first month, your next bill and your 30-day money-back window all start on the day texting goes live for your business, and we email you that date.

If texting never goes live, or you cancel before it does, you get a full refund.

Is there a contract or any other fee?

Plans are month-to-month, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month.

If you cancel within 3 months of texting going live, we may bill the one-time carrier texting-registration fees we paid for you, at cost. See the Terms.

Is there a money-back option?

Yes. Email hello@trylumatic.com within 30 days of texting going live and we'll refund your first month's fee. This refunds the fee. It does not promise results.
