Does Lumatic work with my existing business number?

Yes. You keep your number and your phone still rings first. Your carrier's "forward when unanswered" setting sends missed calls to a dedicated local number we set up for you.

Texts to your callers are sent from that Lumatic business texting number and name your business. We walk you through the setup, and you can switch forwarding off anytime.

Does my phone carrier need to support forwarding?

Yes. Missed calls reach Lumatic through your carrier's call-forwarding feature. Your carrier may charge for forwarding or have limits, so check with your carrier.

How long does setup take?

Setup usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, and we email you your date. It depends on carrier approval, so we can't promise a date.

We register your texting, write and test your messages, you approve them, then we turn on forwarding with you.
