Will customers know it's automated?
Yes. Every text names your business, says it's automated, and includes "Reply STOP to opt out."
What if someone texts STOP?
They're opted out right away and get no more messages.
How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, and we email you your date. It depends on carrier approval, so we can't promise a date. We register your texting, write and test your messages, you approve them, then we turn on forwarding with you.
What is the founding offer?
Founding members, our first 10 customers, pay $49 (Lite), $75 (Starter) or $99 (Pro) for month 1, then their plan price ($99 Lite, $149 Starter or $199 Pro) is locked for as long as their subscription stays active. The first-month price and the price lock apply together. It is not a free trial: you pay that amount today for your first month, which starts when texting goes live. A refund does not free up a founding spot.
When does my first month start?
You pay when you sign up. Your first month, your next bill and your 30-day money-back window all start on the day texting goes live for your business, and we email you that date. If texting never goes live, or you cancel before it does, you get a full refund. Go-live depends on carrier approval, so we can't promise a date.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid month. If you cancel within 3 months of texting going live, we may bill the one-time carrier texting-registration fees we paid for you, at cost. See the Terms.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Not happy? Email hello@trylumatic.com within 30 days of texting going live and we'll refund your first month's fee (the founding price if it applied: $49 Lite, $75 Starter or $99 Pro; otherwise $99 Lite, $149 Starter or $199 Pro). This refunds the fee. It does not promise results.
Will this guarantee more jobs?
No. We can't promise results. We make sure fewer calls and leads go unanswered.
Is it worth the price?
Think of your average job. If it's worth more than $99, one saved job covers a month of Lite ($149 for Starter, $199 for Pro). We can't promise a saved job, but you know what a missed call costs you.
